This allows me to customize your appointment around your hair, your goals, and what we’re actually doing that day. And one of the best parts? Hourly pricing is completely gratuity-free. 🤎 The price you see for your appointment is the price for your service—no tip expected or needed. That means a more transparent, flexible experience where you can simply sit back, relax, and enjoy your time in the chair. ✨ If you already have an Eb Fab Hair appointment on the books, don’t worry! Your currently booked appointment and pricing will be honored. 🤎 New appointments booked beginning 8/24/26 will follow the new hourly, gratuity-free pricing model. Cancellation Policy
Guests must reschedule or cancel appointments 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours, the guest’s credit card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. A cancellation within 24 hours, day of, or no-show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. At Eb Fab Hair your time and money are valued; Thank you for understanding and appreciating your stylist’s time.
PUNCTUALITY POLICY:
Guests are allotted a 10 minute grace period. Arriving 10 minutes or later may result in the rescheduling or cancelling of the guest’s appointment, as well as, the guest’s credit card being charged the full amount of the scheduled service. I will always try to accommodate late arrivals. Please understand this policy allows me to maintain punctuality for each guest throughout the day and maintain integrity of scheduled appointments.
